FAQ

When is the festival?
The festival begins on Friday, February 15th 2019 and ends on Sunday, February 17th 2019
It will take place rain or shine unless otherwise noted.

What time does it start and finish everyday?
Friday February 15th, Saturday February 16th, AND Sunday February 17th doors to the festival open at 5 p.m. and close at 5 a.m.

Where is III Points?
III Points will be taking place at Mana Wynwood Convention Center
2217 NW 5th Ave, Miami, FL 33127

What are acceptable forms of ID?
Passport, Driver’s License, State ID Card, or Government Issued ID will be the only forms of identification that will be accepted to pick up tickets at will call or purchase alcohol.

Will there be food and drinks available at the festival?
Yes! There will be various vendors within the festival where you will be able to purchase food and drinks from.

Will ATM’s be available?
Yes, we will have multiple ATMs on site.

Can I charge my phone at the festival?
Portable chargers will be available for purchase through our partner, Electric Standard Co. Attendees can charge and stay on the go no matter what type of device they have. To learn more about unlimited exchanges and pre-orders, visit HERE

Can I bring in my medical prescription?
Yes, please bring it if necessary and keep it in the original prescription bottle.

Will you be posting set times in advance?
Yes! We will be posting set times in advance on our website and social media outlets at a closer date to the festival.

Can I take photos or videos at III Points?
No professional cameras will be allowed, but you may use your personal cellular device as you please.

What is considered a professional camera?
Any camera with a detachable lens will not be allowed at the festival.

Can I get involved in promoting for the festival? If so, how?
Yes! There are a few options to choose from:

Are you hiring workers, volunteers, photographers/video people, etc. for the event?

Can I pass out promotional flyers or items inside the event? Outside the event?
No outside promotional flyers or items will be allowed at III Points.

Can my band/I play at III Points?
Thanks for your interest in our festival! Unfortunately our submission period is now closed and we are completely booked for our 2019 edition. Please re-submit your materials next May for consideration for 2020.

Is there a mobile app?
Yes! The III Points app will be downloadable on all Apple and Android devices for your convenience. It will be updated for the festival as the time comes closer!

Security Screening and Entry

After purchasing a ticket, you have agreed to comply to a full body pat down and screening upon entrance to the festival. If you would prefer to be checked by someone of the same gender, let security personnel know and they will accomodate to your request. All bags will be checked for prohibited items. People who refuse to comply will be barred entry from the festival, so don’t be a dick!

What Not To Bring

Approved Items:

– Backpacks (standard school size only)
– Fanny packs/large wallets
– Sealed sunscreen lotions/spray
– E-cigs or vaping devices

Prohibited Items:

– Drugs or drug paraphernalia
I- llegal or illicit substances of any kind
– No fire-arms or weapons of any kind (pocket knives, – – pepper spray, etc
– Glass containers
– Outside food or beverages
– Pets (except for service animals)
– No chairs or inflatable furniture of any kind
(rafts, etc)
– Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind
– Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, wagons, carts, or
personal motorized vehicles
– Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed.

– No unauthorized solicitation and materials
including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls,
giveaways, samples, etc.
– Totems, flags, or banners
– No professional audio, photo, or video equipment.
No Go-Pro’s
– Drones and any other flying devices
– Any and all camera accessories, such as selfie
sticks, tripods, monopods, “go-pro” mounts and
attachments, detachable lenses, or other
commercial equipment are not allowed.

WHAT TYPE OF ID IS ACCEPTED AT THE BOX OFFICE?
The box office will accept a State issued Driver’s license, a government issued Non-Driver ID Card, Military ID, or Passport. Please make sure to have one of these forms of ID with you!

WHAT IS THE WRISTBAND POLICY?
III Points is using RFID-enabled wristbands to enhance your festival-going experience. Your wristband serves as your admission ticket to enter the festival fast – with a quick tap of your wristband!

  • All sales are final. No exceptions.
  • Wristbands must be worn on the RIGHT wrist.
  • Your wristband is good for the entire weekend. Do NOT remove your wristband in between days.
  • Only tickets purchased through III Points official website or Frontgate Tickets are valid. III Points will not confirm validity of a ticket purchased through a third party.
  • Wristbands that have been tampered with or stolen are void and III Points is not responsible for these wristbands. Wristbands cannot be loosened so please be mindful when putting it on!
  • Your III Points wristband cannot be removed, tampered with, decorated, twisted, or exposed to extreme heat or cold.

If you purchased tickets before February 5th, your order will be shipped to you before the festival. If you have already received your wristband, you can register HERE and get the most from your festival experience!

DO NOT PUT ON YOUR WRISTBAND UNTIL THE DAY OF THE FESTIVAL!
This is very important – once you put your wristband on and tighten the closure it will lock in that position, and you won’t be able to loosen it.

HOW DO I REGISTER MY WRISTBAND?
Before you arrive to III Points, make sure to register your wristband online HERE. Simply enter your 7-digit Item ID found on the back of our wristband then click “Let’s get started!”

If you have ordered more than one wristband, assign a wristband to each of your festival buddies and have them each register their wristband with their own information. Please do NOT register someone else’s wristband for them. This helps us identify your unique wristband in case it gets lost or damaged.

MY WRISTBAND IS TOO TIGHT! HELP?!
Please go to the Box Office when you arrive to III Points. Make sure to bring your government issued photo ID for verification that you are the original purchaser and the ORIGINAL WRISTBAND. If you are not the original purchaser please be sure to have a note from the original purchaser stating you have permission to use their ticket, a copy of their government issued photo ID and the ORIGINAL WRISTBAND. The staff at the Box Office will remove your wristband, and issue you a new one. Replacement wristbands are subject to a $25 replacement fee.

CAN I PICK UP MY WRISTBAND AT WILL CALL?
If you do not receive your wristband in the mail you can pick them up at our Box Office. All you need to bring with you is your original order confirmation email and a government issued photo ID. If you are not the original purchaser please be sure to have a note from the original purchaser stating you have permission to use their ticket, a copy of their government issued photo ID, and a copy of the original confirmation email.

CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP MY WRISTBAND AT WILL CALL?
Yes, someone other than the original purchaser can pick up the wristbands. However, they will need to bring the original order confirmation email, a copy of the original purchasers government issued photo ID, and written consent from the original purchaser stating they can pick up the wristbands.

WHAT IS THE RE-ENTRY POLICY?
There is NO re entry at III Points. Each day you can enter the festival once. If you choose to leave you will not be allowed back in the festival until the next day if you have a 3-day ticket.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY III POINTS PASSES?
U.S. Orders

If you purchased your passes before 5:00pm on February 5th, your passes will be mailed out to you. As each order is fulfilled, an email will be sent with a tracking number. Once you receive your wristband, register your wristband online before you arrive to the event. For those who purchased passes after the deadline, please bring your order confirmation and government issued photo ID to the Box Office to exchange your ticket for your wristband.

International Orders

All international orders (including Canadian orders) will be available for pick up at the Box Office. Please bring your order confirmation and government issued photo ID.

I LOST MY PASS/NEVER RECEIVED IT IN THE MAIL! HOW DO I GET A REPLACEMENT?
Please visit the Box Office for a replacement pass. Make sure you bring your order confirmation number as well as your government issued photo ID. If you are not the original purchaser, you will need to bring a letter from the original purchaser, outlining their consent for pick up, as well as a copy of their government issued photo ID and a copy of the original order confirmation. Replacement wristbands may be subject to a $25 replacement fee.

MY BUDDY AND I PURCHASED OUR PASSES THE SAME DAY. THEY RECEIVED THEIR ORDER, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MINE YET. SHOULD I BE WORRIED?
Not to worry! III Points passes are fulfilled and shipped in batches over several weeks. If your order is being shipped within the U.S., you will receive a tracking number once your pass has been mailed.

CAN I BUY TICKETS FROM A THIRD-PARTY COMPANY (Craigslist, Ticketmaster, etc.)?
WE STRONGLY URGE YOU NOT TO BUY TICKETS FROM A THIRD-PARTY! Third-party tickets are almost always found to be fraudulent & there is absolutely nothing we’ll be able to do to help you, should any issue arise. Anything purchased outside of our system is out of our control. Do yourself a favor & don’t take the risk! We highly recommend you purchase all passes to III Points directly from our website.

I CHANGED MY MIND AND CAN’T COME TO III POINTS, CAN I GET A REFUND?
We do not offer refunds on any ticket types for III Points.

ARE TICKET SALES FINAL?
All ticket sales are final, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCE IN TICKET TIERS?
Ticket tiers are first come, first served. Therefore, once a tier sells out, the price bumps to the next tier. Everyone with General Admission tickets will get the same access, regardless of the tier.

WHAT DOES GENERAL ADMISSION MEAN?
General Admission means you get general access to all areas of the festival except for VIP areas and backstage.

Is III Points ADA friendly/wheelchair accessible?
Yes! III Points is ADA friendly and wheelchair accessible.

Is there a separate ADA entrance?
All general admission ticket buyers will use the same entrance, but all our entrances are ADA accessible.
